Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, some swimwear items may not be eligible for return if they have been worn, washed, damaged, or returned without original hygiene protection.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@dravonswim.store with your order number and clear photos.
